Irwell was purpose built in 1998 to caqter for the needs of the elderly in the 21st century.

The building was architecturally designed to fully utilise the wonderful rural and sea views, and the all-day sun.

The bedrooms at Irwell are all single, each room having its own ensuite comprising shower, toilet and vanity unit. All bedrooms have their own colour television, refrigerator, tea-making facilities, telephone and heating.
